青蒿琥酯治疗大鼠斯氏狸殖吸虫感染

摘　　要：目的观察青蒿琥酯对大鼠斯氏狸殖吸虫感染的治疗效果。方法用斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴腹腔内注射感染大鼠,感染30d后用不同疗程和剂量给予治疗。治疗结束后30d剖杀所有大鼠,收集虫体。同时设吡喹酮治疗组和对照组。结果青蒿琥酯每周1次给药连服4次,50mg/kg、100mg/kg、150mg/kg组、吡喹酮治疗组、对照组的检虫率分别为35.5%、37.0%、37.5%、19.5%和40.5%。青蒿琥酯50mg/kg.7d组、100mg/kg.7d组、150mg/kg.7d组、吡喹酮治疗组、对照组的检虫率分别为26.0%、23.3%、70.0%、22.7%、83.3%。结论青蒿琥酯对大鼠体内的斯氏狸殖吸虫有较好的杀虫效果。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Artesunate in rats infected with Pagumogonimus skrjabinio Method Wistar rats were infected by Meta- cercariae of P. skrjabini. The rats were treated with Ar- tesunat in different period and dosage in different group after infection 30 day. The larvas were collected through the rats dissection after therapy 30 day. The Praziquantel treatment group and the control group were established parallel. Result The worm recovery rate in group Artesunate 50, 100, 150mg/kg/week ×4 group, PQT group and control group were 35.5%, 37.0%, 37.5%, 19.5% and 40. 5% o respectively. The worm recovery rate in group Artesunate 50, 100, 150mg/kg/d ×7 group, PQT group and control group were 26.0% , 23.3%, 70. 0%, 22. 7% and 83.3% respectively. Con-clusion Artesunate has effect against P. skrjabini in rats.
