北京高校奥运场馆赛后开发运营管理模式探析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法,在对北京高校奥运场馆赛后市场开发的可行性进行分析的基础上,提出了场馆赛后开发运营管理模式的建议。认为高校奥运场馆在以体育教学和学生课外文体活动使用为主的前提下,要以市场为导向,大胆学习和借鉴国外体育产业发达国家的成功经验,充分开发利用高校奥运场馆场地设施资源的优势和多样化功能,以追求场馆资源价值的最大化,实现市场经济条件下的可持续发展。On a feasibility analysis on post-game market development of Olympic gymnasiums at college in Beijing by literature review, advice was given on development mode of these gymnasiums. While meeting the needs of sport teaching and extracurricular activities, college gymnasiums should learn from sports developed countries with a market orientation, take advantage of various facilities to maximize their value and maintain its sustainable development in market economy.
