美国大学体育信息主管对培养我国体育新闻发言人的启示  

American University Sports Information Director's Inspiration for the Training of Chinese Sports Spokesman

摘　　要：分析研究了美国大学体育信息主管的角色定位、基本职能及基本素质,认为体育信息主管的基本素质包括文化素质、能力素质和心理素质等。研究发现我国的体育新闻发言人在职业修养和个人素质方面与美国大学的体育信息主管相距甚远。建议通过函授教育或举办培训班、向资深的新闻发言人学习和自主学习等方式对现有体育新闻发言人进行培养。Analyzing the sports information director＇s role and basic functions of American Universities, thinking that the basic qualities of the director should include cultural quality, ability quality and psychological quality, this research found that the Chi- nese sports spokesman have lagged far behind the American University sports information director in professional and personal qualities; so we can train sports spokesman by means of correspondence, short-term training, learning from seasoned spokesman and independent learning.
