摘 要:对0/10型超薄罩面混合料级配设计理论、级配设计和目标配合比设计进行了研究。研究确定对于超薄罩面混合料应采用CAVF法骨架型级配设计理论;对0/10型超薄罩面混合料级配特点、判定标准和级配对构造深度的影响进行研究,研究确定0/10型超薄罩面混合料完全断级配的间断区间和集料粗细分界点,同时对四种不同级配性能指标进行试验分析并用CAVF法设计级配;最后通过目标配合比设计,确定0/10型超薄罩面混合料配合比,并进行试验验证其可以满足各项性能指标要求。The gradation design theory of the 0/10 ultra-thin overlaying asphalt mixture, its gradation design and target mix ratio design are studied in the paper,upon the basis of which the Course Aggregate Void Filling Method(CAVF) is chosen as the gradation design theory for the ultra-thin overlaying asphalt mixture. The gradation characteristics of the 0/10 ultra-thin overlaying asphalt mixture, the evaluation standards and the effects of the gradation on the structural depth are studied, which helps determine the discontinuous range for the full section of the 0/10 ultra-thin overlaying asphalt mixture and the separating points between the fine and coarse aggregates. The performance indexes of 4 different kinds of gradation are tested and analyzed,with the the- ory of CAVF applied to the gradation design. Finally, through the target mix ratio design, determined is the mix ratio of the 0/10 ultrathin overlaying asphalt mixture, which is proved up to the various performance targets by the leakage test and dispersion test.
