烤烟(40级)烟叶烟碱与烟气烟碱相关性研究

摘　　要：测定了河南烤烟 (40级 )各等级烟叶的烟碱含量和烟气烟碱传输量 .结果表明 :烟叶烟碱和烟气烟碱均随烟叶部位的升高而增加 ,随颜色的加深而增加 ,随成熟度的提高而增加 ,随等级的升高而增加 .烟气烟碱与烟叶烟碱呈极显著正相关关系 ,相关系数r=0 .6 6 99.直线回归方程为 y=1 .6 885 + 0 .45 48x.掌握这些规律可以帮助了解各等级烟叶的质量特点 ,为利用 40级烟叶进行卷烟烟气烟碱量化设计提供理论依据 .The content of tobacco leaf nicotine and smoking nicotine of40 grades leaves of He nan flue- cured tobacco is determined.The results show:the content of tobacco leaf nicotine and smoking nicotine are increased with the stalk position rised,the colour increased,the maturi- ty rised,the grade rised.the relation of the tobacco leaf nicotine and smoking nicotine is sig- nificant correlation.Correlation coefficient is r=0 .6 6 99,linear regression equation is y= 1 .6 885 + 0 .45 48x.
