我院169例抗菌药物不良反应报告回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院近3年来抗菌药物不良反应(ADR)的发生和分布情况,为临床使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:对我院2006～2008年临床科室上报的169例抗菌药物不良反应报告按抗菌药物种类、名称、给药途径、ADR临床表现等进行回顾性统计分析。结果:169例抗菌药物不良反应报告中涉及的抗菌药物9大类,46个品种;以静脉给药为主;主要不良反应为皮肤及附件损害、全身性损害、胃肠道损害等。结论:医疗机构必须加强抗菌药物不良反应监测,以减少或避免ADR的发生。Objective： To study the occurrence and distribution of adverse drug reactions （ADR） reduced by antibacterials in our hospital in three years lately, and to provide reference to clinical rational drug use of antibacterial agents. Methods： 169 reports of ADR cases induced by antibacterials from 2006 to 2008 in our hospital clinical departments were collected and analyzed retrospectively by drug types, drug names, route of administration and clinical manifestations. Results： 46 drugs of 9 categories were involved in 169 reports of ADR. Most of them resulted from intravenous medication. The main side effects were injuries of skin and its appendages and systemic damage and gastrointestinal damage, etc. Conclusion： To reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR, the monitor of ADR on antibacterials should be strengthened and in medical institutions.
