摘　　要：目的研究一种新配方的妇科白带检查涂片染色方法。方法对伊红Y和天青B染料的工作浓度和染色方法及分化剂的选择进行探讨。结果1g/L伊红Y和5g/L天青B作为染色剂,0.02%冰醋酸生理盐水溶液作为分化剂,建立了伊红Y-天青B染色法(E-A法)。结论E-A法快速简便,染色效果良好,结果易于观察,适用于白带常规染色。Objective To explore a new prescription of staining for Leukorrhea Smear.Methods Reseaching into the concentration and stain method of Eosin Y and Azure B.Results Staining method of Eosin Y and Azure B（E-A Staining） was established by using 1g/L Eosin Y and 5g/L Azure B as Staining agent.0.02% aceticacid physiological saline as differential agent.Conclusion E-A Staining can be applied into the stain for leukorrhea smear because it is fast and simple to be conducted and the result is good and easy to be observed.
