探讨老年病员药物性静脉炎的预防及护理

摘　　要：目的观察多源频谱仪照射预防老年病员药物性静脉炎的疗效。方法选择78例长期住院、反复外周静脉输液的老年病员,输注药物为血管刺激性较强的药物(前列地尔、奎诺酮类抗生素),随机平均分为A、B2组,A组采用传统的局部硫酸镁湿敷;B组采用MF-多源频谱治疗仪局部照射。结果B组病员药物性静脉炎发生率低,局部皮肤反应轻微,疗效明显优于A组(P<0.05),差异有显著性。结论反复外周静脉输入血管刺激性较强的药物,采用MF-多源频谱治疗仪局部照射可以预防老年病员药物性静脉炎,保护外周静脉血管,减轻病员痛苦,增强病员的治疗依从性,提高生活质量。Objective Observe the efficacy of multi-source spectrum analyzer radiation to prevent drug phlebitis in elderly patients. Methods Choice of 78 cases of long-term hospitalization and repeated peripheral venous infusion of elderly patients,Vascular infusion of the drug for more stimulating,drugs（Alprostadil,Quinolone antibiotics）,divided into A,B two groups randomly,A group using the traditional wet magnesium sulfate external application;B group using MF-spectrum multi-source therapeutic apparatus partial irradiation.Results Group B patient lower incidence of drug-induced phlebitis,more minor local skin reactions,and superior tran the effect of A group （P〈0.05）,there was a significant difference.Conclusion Repeated infusion of peripheral blood vessels strong irritant drugs,the use of MF-spectrum treatment of multi-source instrument local irradiation can be prevented in elderly patients drug-induced phlebitis,it apso can protect of Peripheral vein,reduce pain of patients,enhance compliance of treatment,improve the quality of life.
