摘　　要：目的对神经外科患者的管道护理经验进行探讨。方法对我院281例病人的临床护理进行研究,主要从气管套管、鼻饲管、与引流有关的管道3个方面来阐述。结果对气管套管的护理、鼻饲管的护理和与引流有关的管道护理的关键点和注意事项进行了详细的总结。结论神经外科收治的患者,只有认真执行,保证护理质量,才能确保管道的治疗目的,促进疾病康复。CHEN Rong LIU Xuemei Second People＇s Hospital in Guangyuan City,Guangyuan 628017,China Objective To neurosurgical care of patients with pipeline experience summarized and discussed. Methods The authors combine many years of clinical nursing experience,primarily from the tracheal tube,nasal feeding tube,with drainage channels three aspects related to elaboration. Results endotracheal tube care,nasal feeding tube care and related drainage pipe with the key points of care and attention to a detailed summary of matters. Conclusion The neurosurgical patients admitted,only to enforce,and ensure the quality of care in order to ensure the treatment of pipeline purpose,to promote recovery following illness.
