微导管引流胸腔积液临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察微导管置入胸腔引流治疗胸腔积液的疗法、疗效。方法选取经胸片、B超诊断胸腔积液的入院病例54例。采用微导管(中心静脉导管)胸腔内置入引流,并根据病因诊断情况胸腔内给药治疗,观察治疗效果、不良反应、操作可行性并进行临床分析。结果临床症状明显改善,胸腔积液消失、减少、胸腔粘连发生率明显降低,有效率达100%,无严重并发症出现,但相对复杂,需进一步改进设备及技术。结论微导管引流胸腔积液值得发展,但需进一步技术、设备支持。Objectve To observe the treatment and curative of drainage of pleural effusion by.Methods We Selected 54 cases of hospitalized patients,who diagnosed as pleural effusion by X-ray,B ultrasound.We implanted into chest by micro-catheter（central venous catheter） to drainage and took intrapleural injection with medicine by pathogen diagnosis complexion.We observed therapeutic effects,adverse reactions,the feasibility of such operations,and took clinical analysis.Results Clinical symptoms are improved significantly.Pleuraleffusion disappears or reduces.Pleural adhesions are significantly reduced,and the effective rate is 100%.There are no serious complications.But it relatively complicated,We need improve our equipment and technology.Conclusion Drainage of treatment to pleural effusion by micro-catheter deserve development,but need further technical and equipment supports.
