全层间断外翻缝合下腹部横切口的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨全层间断外翻缝合下腹部妇科手术横切口的临床价值。方法86例选择下腹部横切口作妇科手术的女性病人,其中43例采用全层间断外翻缝合下腹部横切口的病人为研究组,另外43例采用全层皮下间断缝合下腹部横切口的病人为对照组。结果研究组全部病人的切口于手术后8d内无切口感染症状。对照组少数病人的切口于术后第4天后出现切口感染感染症状。结论全层间断外翻缝合下腹部横切口的方法比全层皮下间断缝合下腹部切口的方法更利于下腹部横切口的愈合。Ojective To assess the clinical value of the whole layer interrupted sversione sturing inferior belly transverse incisione.Methods There were 86 femals patients who chose inferior belly transverse incision made gynecologic operating.The study group is 43 cases who chose whole layer interrupted eversion suture inferior belly transverse incision.The comparison group is the other cases who chose whole layer interrupted intracutaneous suture inferior belly transverse incision.Results The study group has no infection of incisional wound after the operation eight days.A little patients of the comparison group has infection of incisional wound after the operation four days.Conclusion The whole layer interrupted eversion suture inferior belly transverse incision made moor good for the healing of the incision.
