摘　　要：目的探讨在CT引导下医用臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理措施。方法对30例腰椎间盘突出症患者行医用臭氧注射治疗,加强术前,术后及心里护理,术后指导卧位及康复锻炼。结果30例中,经1～6个月随访,有效率达94%,绝大多数患者取得了很好的疗效。结论医用臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种有效,安全的新方法,其护理质量是保障手术成功的关键。HE Yonghong GONG Xianming SheHong Central Hospital in Sichuan,Shehong 629200,China Objective To explore the guided by computed tomography（ct） in the treatment of medical ozone prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc nursing measures.Methods Of 30 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc disease patients with medical therapy preoperatively,strengthen the ozone,postoperative nursing instruction,and the heart surgery and rehabilitation exercise.Lying Results In 30 cases,1～6 months follow-up,effective 94%,most patients achieved good effect.Conclusion Medical ozone treatment prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc is an effective and safe,the new method of nursing is critical to the success of the operation
