摘　　要：目的探讨胸腔置管持续引流治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床疗效。方法将100例结核性胸膜炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组采用中心静脉导管胸腔置入持续引流;对照组采用常规胸腔穿刺抽液。结果治疗组胸水吸收快,效果明显,且病人痛苦少,无并发症发生。结论胸腔置管持续引流治疗结核性胸膜炎操作简便,效果明显,值得提倡。Objective To observe the effects of the treatment to cure tuberculous pleurisy based on chest tube thoracostomy.Methods The total 100 patients of tuberculous pleurisy were divided into two groups at random.The treatment group were placed central venous catheter in the chest to drain fluid and air with continuous drainage;the control group were given conventional pleural puncture and extraction of pleural effusion.Results The treatment group have higher efficacy and less side effect than the control group. And the patients in treatment group have less pain.Conclusion The effect of chest tube thoracostomy to cure tuberculous pleurisy is significant.It is great and simple,deserved to be encouraged.
