颅脑损伤患者中CT扫描的诊断意义

摘　　要：目的探讨CT扫描在颅脑损伤患者的诊断中的作用及意义。方法对本院2005年6月至2007年3月期间脑外科收治的164例颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,对其临床资料及CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果头皮损伤82例,颅骨损伤50例,硬膜外和硬膜下出血16例,蛛网膜下腔出血10例,脑挫裂伤和脑血肿及其它8例。结论及时对颅脑外伤患者进行CT检查,可为临床医生的对症治疗提供可靠的依据,并为治疗赢得宝贵时间。能够有效降低病死率和减少后遗症。Objective To discuss summarize the clinical application and meaning of Computed Tomography scan method in diagnosis of head injury patient. Methods 164 cases of head injury patients in neurosurgical of hospital from October,2005 to March,2008 were retrospectively analyzed.And the clinical materials and CT result has been collected.Results 82 cases scalp injury patients,50 cases skull injury patients,Extradural bleeding and under-tradural bleeding 16 cases. 10 cases patient has bleeding of subarachnoidspace. Conclusion Taken CT examine in time on head injury patients, the CT result will support the clinical treatment and win more precise time for treatment. And then the died ratio and sequela will be lessened.
