摘　　要：目的观察选择性子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法行超选择性双侧子宫动脉插管栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤患者32例,术后3月、6个月随访复查患者临床症状及子宫肌瘤体积改变情况。结果32例患者子宫肌瘤均由双侧子宫动脉供血。双侧子宫动脉栓塞后,子宫肌瘤血供完全阻断,肿瘤血管消失。术后3月、6个月随访患者临床症状明显改善,肌瘤体积明显缩小。结论超选择性双侧子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤是一种微创、安全、疗效显著的新方法。Objective To investigate the curative effect of selective embolization of uterine arteries in the patients with hysteromyoma.Methods 32 patients with hysteromyoma were selected into this research.The bilateral uterine arterial embolizartion was performed in these patients.After embolization,the clinic symptom and the size of tumors were observed at 3months,6months,1year follow-up period respectively.Results The uterine arteriography showed that all uterine leiomyoma were supplied by bilateral uterine arteries,when both uterine arteries were embolized,the blood supply of hysteromyoma were occluded entirely and the arteries of tumors were delitescenced.ALL of the patients,The main clinic symptom were improved and the size of tumors were shrunk notably after embolization 3months,6months,1year respectively.Conclusion Ultraselection bilateral uterine arterial embolizartion is a less trauma ,simple,safe and very effective way to treat hysteromyoma
