摘　　要：从创新信息过程的角度对我国绿色技术创新模式进行实证案例研究，分析政府部门、科研院所以及相关企业在创新信息过程与网络中的作用，同时探讨企业内各部门在创新信息获取接受与加工学习中的特征，指出建立创新信息网络与有效进行创新信息过程管理是促进我国绿色技术创新的一个重要途径。From the viewpoint of innovation information the innovation models of green technology in China were researched. The effect of government,research institutes and enterprises in innovation information and net were discussed. After analysing the characters of all units of an en terprise in obtaining, accepting and processing in innovation information management, it put forward that establishing innovation information net and effectively managing innovation information was an important way to promote the innovation of green technology.
