益气养阴通化汤治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿31例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气养阴通化汤合洛汀新治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的疗效。方法随机分组,治疗组用益气养阴通化汤合洛汀新治疗,对照组用洛汀新治疗。结果治疗组在中医症候改善、尿蛋白定量、肾功能改善、胱抑素-c变化上均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴通化汤合洛汀新治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿,疗效明显优于单用洛汀新治疗。Objective To observe the curative effect of Supplementing Qi Nourishing Yin Tonghua decoction and Lotensin on albuminuria in diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group were taken Lotensin and Supplementing Qi Nourishing Yin Tonghua decoction, and the control group received pure Lotensin only. Results The improvement of TCM symptoms, 24-hour urine protein quantity and renal function, and the change of cystatin C in treatment group were significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Supplementing Qi Nourishing Yin Tonghua decoction and Lotensin is superior to that of pure Lotensin.
