辨别外感病机,学用伤寒经方治疗热邪伤肺型咳嗽

摘　　要：治疗外感咳嗽,首要的是辨别外感病机,"得其机要,则动小而功大,用浅而功深"。肺一方面能将卫气和津液等布散于周身体表,温润肌腠和皮毛;一方面皮毛参与肺"一呼一吸,消息自然"的气体交换。肺外合皮毛的生理关系,决定了外感引发咳嗽的病理关系。正气强盛,邪不可干;外邪袭人致病,必乘其虚;寒暑湿燥火,多依附于风而侵犯人体,且多兼风夹气为患,故称"风为六淫之首,百邪之先"。内有伏饮,即是病理产物,也是致病因素,是易招外邪的内在原因;而究伏饮所由生,仍是之前遭遇六淫侵袭所致。学用伤寒经方治疗热邪伤肺咳嗽,要在辨别病机,循证辨因,对症选方,灵活用药,每可应手取效。The first thing to cure cough caused by exogenous pathogenic factor is justifying pathogenesis of diseases caused .by exogenous pathogenic factor.＂If you master the main points of treatment you could obtain fruit by using httle technique. ＂ Lung administer skin and fur. One hand, lung conveying Wei - energy and body fluid to body surface and warming skin and fur; The other hand, fur participate in gases exchange by respiration. The physiological relation of Lung administering skin and fur decide the pathological relation of cough caused by exogenous pathogenic factor. Pathogenic factors can I invade the body if the healthy energy enough. Exogenous pathogenic factors invade body when you weakness. Pathogenic factors of cold, heat, wet, dry and fire always invade body with pathogenic wind. As we always say, ＂pathogenic wind is the first one in the six path- ogenic factors. ＂ Phlegm in the organism not only is the pathogenic product but also is the cause. It is very easy to cause other exogenous pathogenic factors. The reason of causing the phlegm are the six pathogenic factors above. The key to learn to use classical prescription of Shanghan to cure cough caused by heat invading the lung through justifying pathogenesis of exogenous pathogenic factor. We justify the reason of disease and choose prescription by symptoms. Using prescription flexibly could obtain better curative effect.
