摘　　要：目的:建立迭鞘石斛的质量标准。方法:采用《中国药典》一部附录方法,测定杂质、水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、重金属、砷盐、浸出物,建立薄层色谱鉴别方法。结果:杂质不得过2.0%,水分不得过12.0%,总灰分不得过4.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得过0.4%,重金属不得过10ppm,砷盐不得过2ppm,浸出物不得少于10.0%。薄层色谱鉴别专属性强,重现性好。结论:能有效评价迭鞘石斛的质量。Objectives： To build up quality standards for medicinal semen of Dendrobinm denneanum. Methods ： The use of ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂ Appendix A Method, determination of impurity, moisture, total ash, acid -insoluble ash, heavy metal, arsenic salt, extracts, TLC identification of the establishment. Results ： The quality standards of dendrobinm denneanum as follows： impurity not more than 2.0%, moisture not more than 12. 0%, totar ashes not more than 4.0%, acid -in soluble ash not more than 0. 4%, heavy metal not more than 10ppm, arsenic salt not more than 2ppm, extracts not less than 10. 0% . The method of TIC is special and reproducible. Conclusions ： This quality standard can effectively control the quality of Dendrobium denneanum.
