摘 要:目的:观察竹节人参提取物对急性低氧条件下大鼠脂质过氧化和微血管反应性的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为三组:对照组、模型组和竹节人参提取物组。对照组和模型组用生理盐水灌胃处理,竹节人参提取物组用竹节人参提取物灌胃处理30min后,急性低氧模型采用给予大鼠吸入含氧量为12.5%的氮氧混合气体,观察低氧10、15、20、25min时肠系膜微动脉血管口径、血流速度和25min时血中谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和活性氧(ROS)含量的变化。结果:模型组与对照组比较,肠系膜微动脉血管口径增大(P<0.01,P<0.05),而血液流速却减慢(P<0.01,P<0.05),ROS明显增加(P<0.01),SOD、CAT和GSH-px活力明显下降(P<0.01);竹节人参提取物组能明显改善由于急性低氧而引起的上述多数指标(除血管口径外)的变化。结论:急性低氧可使肠系膜微动脉管径变大和血细胞流速减慢,同时体内抗氧化酶活性减弱;而竹节人参提取物能增加血细胞流速,提高抗氧化能力。Objectives: To study the effects of Panaxjaponicus on microvessels response and anti - oxidation when acute hypoxia in rats. Methods: SD rats were divided into three groups: control group, model group and treating group, respectivelypoured 0. 9% NaC1 and Panax Japonicus into rats stomach, then the experiment model was established with N2 and 02 mixed gas ( 12. 5% 02 ; 87. 5% N2) , keeping hypoxia for 10, 15, 20, 25 minutes. During the course of it, measured the diameter of microvessels, speed of blood stream; the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH- px), catlase (CAT) and the content of reactive oxygen (ROS) in plasm after 25 minutes. Results: Model group compared with control group : The bores of microvessels expanded ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ), and the blood stream became slow gradually ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ), the content of ROS was up slightly ( P 〈 0. 01 ), the activity of SOD, CAT and GSH-px went down after 25 minutes ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; in treating group, the index were significantly improved. Conclusions : Acute hypoxia could expand the bore of microvessels, slow the speed of blood stream and decrease the ability of anti-oxidation; Panaxjaponicus could quicken the speed of blood stream and increase the ability of anti - oxidation.
