中药联合促红素治疗肾性贫血临床观察

摘　　要：目的:通过中药制剂联合促红素(EPO)治疗肾性贫血,观察此方法的治疗效果和不良反应。方法:随机将肾性贫血患者122例分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组62例采用自拟排毒生血方与促红素等联合治疗,对照组60例则仅用促红素等治疗。结果:治疗组患者的贫血等症状明显好于对照组患者,且透析人数少于对照组患者。结论:中药联合促红素治疗肾性贫血是十分有效的方法,能够改善肾性贫血患者的生活质量,值得临床应用。Objectives： United through Traditional Chinese Medicine EPO （EPO） treatment of renal anemia, the method to observe the effectiveness and adverse reactions.
