薄氏腹针治疗65例肩周炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察薄氏腹针治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:130例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各65例。治疗组患者接受薄氏腹针针刺治疗,对照组患者接受常规针刺治疗。治疗10次后,观察比较临床疗效、McGill量表评分变化、治疗中患者的不适。结果:治疗组和对照组疗效肯定,统计学处理表明,两者之间没有显著性差异。治疗组、对照组患者治疗后McGill量表各项评分,与本组治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01～0.05);但组间比较表明,各项评分变化没有显著差异。治疗中两组患者均无特殊不适,但患者更易于接受薄氏腹针治疗。结论:薄氏腹针治疗肩周炎,能够有效的干预肩周炎患者的临床症状、改善疼痛,恢复肩关节功能,促进其临床痊愈,其疗效与常规针刺相当,但患者不适感相对较少。Objectives： To observe the Bo＇s abdominal acupuncture＇s clinical efficacy of periarthritis of shoulder. Methods： 130 cases of shoulder periarthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and 65 cases of the control group. The treatment group received treatment Bo＇s abdominal needle acupuncture, the control group patients received conventional treatment with acupuncture. Treatment of 10 times, compared to observe the clinical effect, McGill Scale score changes in the treatment of patients with discomfort. Results ： The treatment group and control group had positive effect, statistics showed that the deal between the two there were no significant differences. Treatment group, control group patients after treatment of the MeGiU scale score, with the group before treatment were significantly different （ P 〈 0. 01 - 0. 05 ） ; However, inter - group comparison showed that the changes in the score there was no significant difference. Treatment of two patients with no particular discomfort, but more acceptable in patients with the Bo＇s abdominal acupuneture＇s. Conclusions： Bo＇s abdominal acupuncture treatment of periarthritis of showlder could effectively intervene in the clinical symptoms of patients with periarthritis of shoulder, obviously relieve the pain, and restore of shoulder function, and promote their clinical recovery as well. Efficacy of acupuncture and conventional considerable , but relatively few patients with discomfort.
