摘  要:束流扩展是研究大体积深度肿瘤的基础,利用Monte Carlo多粒子模拟软件Fluka,计算质子经过双环双散射体后束流分布特性,在束流扩展半径相同的条件下,与解析计算相比较。结果表明:Fluka计算得到的第一散射体的厚度小于解析计算得到的结果,散射膜薄的条件下二者符合好于散射膜厚的条件。束流扩展半径随着两个散射体厚度的增加而增大,束流利用率先增加后减小,最大值是27%。Beam spreading is the foundation of proton therapy with large area and depth tumour. The characteristics of proton lateral beam distribution for dual-ring double scattering system are investigated u- sing Monte Carlo multi-particle transport code Fluka and the results are compared with analytical computation, when the same radius of beam spreading is considered. It is found that the first scatterer is thinner than the results obtained from analytical computation and they are coincided better with thin-foil than thick-foil. For dual-ring double scattering system, as the thickness of foils increase, the radius of beam spreading increase, but the efficiency of beam use increase firstly and then decrease, the maximum value is about 27%.
