摘 要:采用失重法结合电化学交流阻抗测试和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了城市污水中微生物对低碳钢耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,城市污水中的微生物显著促进了碳钢的腐蚀,并且在不同时期由于微生物活性的差异,对腐蚀的电化学过程产生较大影响,初期是电荷转移为控制步骤,随后受传质过程影响,并加速腐蚀产生点蚀的诱导,最后随着微生物的死亡又恢复到电荷转移控制状态;通过表面腐蚀形貌对比可以发现微生物使腐蚀类型发生了改变。Effect of microbe in urban sewage on corrosion resistance of mild carbon steel was studied by weight-loss, EIS and SEM methods. The results showed that microbe in urban sewage accelerated the corrosion rate of carbon steel. During different phases, the activity of microbe and the electrochemical process was different. At the early period, charge transfer was the control step instead of diffusion at the latter time when the inducement of pitting corrosion was accelerated. At last, charge transfer became the control step again with the microbe dying. The SEM observation of corrosion products indicated that the presence of microbe changed the type of corrosion.
