摘 要:针对软煤层大采高长壁工作面矿山压力显现剧烈、煤壁片帮严重的问题,以赵庄煤矿3305大采高综采工作面为例,介绍了大采高综采工作面矿山压力的观测方案。通过现场观测,对软煤层大采高综采工作面矿山压力显现规律和特征进行了分析,并对工作面煤壁片帮情况进行了统计分析。提出了相应的建议及措施,以有效满足控制大采高综采工作面顶板和煤壁片帮的要求,实现矿井安全高产高效开采和取得较好的经济效益。Aimed at solving the problem of dramatically emerged mining pressure and serious rib spalling in large mining height lengwall face in soft seam,the observation program of mining pressure in fully mechanized mining face with large mining height was introduced,taking the 3305 working face of Zhaozhuang Coal Mine as an example.On the basis of on-site obseruation,the behavior lawsand features of the mining pressure of fully mechanized mining face with large mining height were analyzed,and the rib spalling in working face was statistically analyzed.The corresponding proposals and measures were presented to effectively meet the requirements in controlling the roof and rib spalling in fully mechanized mining face with large mining height,realize high production and effective mining with safety,and obtain good cost-effectiveness.
