涤纶织物黑地高温染色拔白印花

摘　　要：推荐了两组高温染色黑地拔白印花的三元色拼混染料分散黑WF和黑WS，通过对亚锡类和亚磺酸类还原剂的系统试验和比较，以及对拔自参数的分析，提出涤纶织物黑色深地于120℃并适当提高染料浓度染色，采用12％PS-14原糊50％、德古林20％、助拔剂WT8％、尿素2％拔白，即可获得深浓的黑地拔白印花，拔白度达73左右。Recommends two groups of trichromatic mixed dyes, i.e.disperse black WF and black WS for high temperature dyeing and black-ground white discharge printing. Throuch systematic experimental comparisons between stannous and sulfinic reduc tants, and analyses of white discharge parameters, it is found that dark black-guound polyester fabric can achieve white dis charge printing effect with a discharge whiteness reaching 73 at a temperature of 120℃ and a properly high dye concentration in the presence of 12% stock thickener PS-14, 20% Decroline, 8% discharge assistant WT and 3% urea.
