摘 要:描述了果园被害落地果应用水浸和在果园地面覆盖塑料薄膜方法,对果实中实蝇进行除害处理技术研究,桔小实蝇一龄、二龄、三龄幼虫水中浸泡96h,死亡率均达100%;果实在水中浸泡20d,果实中的实蝇幼虫完全被杀死;在果园土面应用塑料薄膜覆盖"虫果",经过30d的时间处理,实蝇幼虫和蛹死亡率100%。室内研究结果显示,果实置于密封塑料袋中处理120h,被害果实中实蝇幼虫完全死亡。结果表明,该处理技术可应用于果园中被害落地果中实蝇的除害处理。This paper described the effectiveness of immerged falling fruits in water and soil cover with plastic in orchard against oriental fruit fly, Bactrocera dorsalis. The results showed that all stages of the fruit fly larvae immerged in water directly were 100% killed after 4 days (96 hours), and fruit fly larvae were also 100% killed after the falling fruits were immerged in water for 20 days. All stages of the fruit fly larvae infested in failing fruits were also 100% killed after being keeped in the plastic bag 120hrs, exposed on the plastic covered on the orchard soil after 30 days were also 100% killed. It was concluded that both water immerge and plastic cover practices could control the population of fruit fly in orchard.
