摘 要:研究了不同恒温条件下空心莲子草叶甲的发育历期和繁殖力。在15~30℃范围内,空心莲子草叶甲各虫态的发育历期随着温度的升高而缩短,33℃时各龄历期均延长。卵、幼虫、蛹和世代的发育起点温度分别为7.13、4.89、6.77和6.82℃,世代有效积温为488.60日度,世代最大发育速率温度为30.56℃,27℃时叶甲孵化率、存活率、繁殖力和种群趋势指数均为最大;24~27℃为其最适温区。The effects of temperature to A. hygrophila were studied in this paper. The results showed that the developmental duration of every stage of the beetles was descended as temperature became higher from 15 to 30℃, while ascended at 33℃.The development zero of the egg,larva, pupa and generation were 7.13, 4.89,6.77 and 6.82℃ respectively. The effective cumulative temperature and the upper development thermal threshold were 488.60 day-degree and 30.56℃. The hatching rate, survival rate and reproduction of adult at 27℃ were the largest. The optimal temperature range of the beetles was 24-27℃.
