摘  要:采用均匀设计法,固定微波-超声波条件(超声波250W,微波用温控),以乙醇为溶媒,以总黄酮含量为指标,考察了料液比、溶媒浓度、提取温度、提取时间对提取总黄酮的影响,并对红车轴草总黄酮提取工艺进行优化。结果发现,最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度85%、提取温度80℃、提取时间70min、料液比1∶15。The uniform design method was used for studying the influence of solid-liquid ratio,solvent concentration, extraction temperature and time on the extraction of total flavonoids, under the condition of fix microwave- ultrasonic wave (the capacity of ultrasonic power being 250 W,microwave setting temperature control), and alcohol being dissolvent. In the meantime, this paper still studied the optimization of the extracting processes of red clover total flavonoids. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the ethanol concentration was 85%, the extraction temperature 80℃,the extraction time 70 rain, and solid-liquid ratio 1:15.
