解毒汤配合负压吸引抢救有机磷农药中毒32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察解毒汤配合负压吸引对治疗有机磷农药中毒的疗效。方法:对32例有机磷农药重度中毒患者,在常规治疗的基础上加用解毒汤灌肠,并持续胃肠减压,设立对照组进行对比。结果:治疗组32例,31例痊愈,死亡1例,治愈率97%。对照组33例,24例痊愈,死亡9例,治愈率71%。两组比较,χ2=7.82,P<0.01。结论:在治疗急性有机磷农药中毒过程中,采用解毒汤灌肠配合负压吸引是安全、经济、有效的方法。Objective：To observe the effect of Jiedu decoction, a traditional Chinese medicine, plus vaccum suction in treating acute organophorus pesticide poisoning（AOPP）. Methods： In treating 32 cases of severe AOPP, routine therapy plus Jiedu pecoction enema and incessant gastrointestinal decompression were used,the results were compared with those in control group.Results： In the treatment group （32 cases）,31 cases were completely recovered,one case was dead,the CR rate was 97%. In the control group （33 cases）,24 cases were completely recovered, 9 cases were dead,and the CR rate was 71%.There was a significant difference between them （P0.01）.Conclusion： In the treatment of AOPP,vaccum suction plus Jiedu decoction is an effective, safe and cheap method.
