摘 要:目的:为下颌角肥大而采用下颌骨截骨术提供解剖学参数,从而避免损伤手术部位的重要结构。方法:经多聚甲醛固定的成人头颈部的标本20例和干燥下颌骨标本20例,采用层次解剖法解剖头面部的结构,特别是下颌角区的解剖结构,观察此区的层次结构和重要结构的位置关系,同时测量干燥下颌骨的下颌管距边缘的距离。结果:观察到经口内切口,下颌角区的层次和重要的毗邻结构。测得下颌角距下颌管的距离(21.8±3.6)mm。结论:进行下颌骨截骨术时,注意下颌角区切口的大小和离下颌角的距离,避免损伤重要的血管、神经。Objective:To explore the tissue structure of mandible angle region for intra-oral arc osteotomy and to provide anatomic information to avoid damaging the important structures during operation. Methods: Twenty cadaveric specimens of normal adult head and neck and 20 dry mandibles were used to observe the position of important structures and their relations with mandible angle. And the distance from mandibular canal to inferior edge of mandible was measured. Results: The important and adjacent structures were clearly understood, and the distance was 21.8±3.6 mm from mandibular canal to inferior edge of mandible. Conclusion: The key factors, which should be considered in the operation, were the length of incision and distance between mandible angle and transverse structures in the superficial layer.
