摘  要:主动锁模光纤激光器是未来远程超高速光纤通信系统的理想光发射源和光时钟源。主动锁模光纤激光器的腔长较长,当外界环境条件发生变化时,腔长容易受到机械震动及温度变化的影响而发生漂移。本文主要从长期不稳定性和短期不稳定性两方面分析了主动锁模光纤激光器的稳定性问题。介绍了弛豫振荡、超模噪声的解决方案。同时阐述了再生锁模技术控制腔长的方案,对主动锁模激光器的实验研究有一定的参考意义。The actively mode--locked fiber lasers have been used as the ideal optical transmitter and optical clock source in the future long--distance ultra--high speed optical communication systems. Actively mode--locked fiber lasers are very sensitive to environmental perturbations such as temperature fluctuations and mechanical vibrations due to their relatively long cavity length when the external environment changing. The stability problem of the actively mode--locked fiber laser has been analyzed theoretically, which includes the short-term instability and the long--term instability. The methods to solve relaxation oscillation and super--mode noise have been studied. Regenerative mode locking to solve cavity length instability has been studied. The result is helpful for actively mode--locked fiber laser experiment.
