摘　　要：公共图书馆是广大人民群众学习知识、获取信息、接受终身教育、享受休闲的重要场所,剖析公共图书馆安全与防灾工作中的问题与不足,建立完善的安全管理体系和反应灵敏的应对措施并逐一落实,便是公共图书馆工作中的头等大事,对公共图书馆事业大发展有着重要意义。The public library is an important place for broad masses of the people to study and secure information and get the life-long education and enjoy the leisure. Therefore, it is the priority job for the public library to analyze the problems and deficiency existing in safety and fire--fighting job and to establish a sound safety management system and responsive measures that being implemented one by one , it is of great significance for the development of public library
