摘  要:运用传统方法设计了门框底衬铸钢件的铸造工艺:包括分型面、浇注位置的选择、铸造工艺参数的确定以及浇注系统、冒口、冷铁的设计。根据铸件形状较复杂的特点,设计了两个内浇道;将铸件划分为4个补缩区域进行补缩,并配合冷铁来实现铸件的顺序凝固。用Pro/E软件建立了铸件的三维模型,采用View Cast铸造模拟软件对铸件的凝固过程进行了模拟计算。模拟结果显示,在门框底衬凸台处会产生缩孔、缩松缺陷。根据数值模拟结果并结合理论分析,对铸造工艺方案进行了优化。通过改进工艺,最大程度地消除了铸造缺陷,从而获得了合理的铸造工艺方案。The casting process parameters of steel casting bottom liner of doorfi'ame, including the parting surface, pouring position, pouring system, riser and chill, were defined by. using traditional methods. For the casting characteristics of more complex shape, the two ingates were designed at the same time. The casting was divided into 4 positions to calculate the volume of the riser, and the chill was used in order to obtain the directional solidification sequence. The 3-D model of the casting was built by using Pro/Engineer software. The casting simulation software View Cast was employed to simulate the solidification process of the steel casting. The simulation results indicate that the shrinkage defects form at the boss sections. According to the results of numerical simulation combined with theoretical analysis, the casting process is optimized. By improving the process, the defects are eliminated to the greatest extent. So the reasonable plan of the casting process is obtained.
