摘 要:以提高铸钢表面的耐磨性为目的,用负压铸渗技术在铸钢表面制备了一层与基体结合良好的耐磨镍基合金渗层;对渗层的成份、硬度进行了分析;用MM-200摩擦试验机,对比考察了镍基合金渗层与基体在干滑动摩擦条件下的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:渗层到基体的显微硬度呈梯度变化,最高硬度出现在亚表层,硬度为542HV;在相同的摩擦条件下渗层的耐磨性远高于基体,载荷为100N时基体的磨损率是渗层的9倍,载荷为250N时基体的磨损率是渗层的5.19倍;渗层的存在提高了材料的耐磨性;渗层的磨损主要受氧化粘着和转移机制的控制。In order to improve the wear resistance of cast steel surface, by negative pressure cast infiltration technology, uniform Ni-based compound wear resistant layer combining with cast steel was gained. The composition and hardness of the layer were analyzed. The wear resistance of both ZG45 and Ni-based coating on ZG45 substrate under dry-lubricated was comparatively investigated with MM-200 friction and wear tester. The results show that the distribution of macro-hardness presents gradient change, the subsurface layer's hardness is highest, its is 542 HV. Under the same condition, compared with cast steel, the wear resistance of the layer is greatly superior to ZG45 substrate. When the load is 100 N, the wear rate of cast steel substrate is 9 times that of infiltrated layer, and when the 10ad is 250 N, the wear rate of cast steel substrate becomes 5.19 times that of infiltrated layer. The existence of the layer improves the wear resistance of materials. The wear mechanisms of the coating were dominated by the oxidation, transfer and adhesion on the substrate.
