摘  要:利用有限元分析软件对U71Mn重轨感应过程中的温度场分布进行了数值模拟,得到了随时间变化的重轨截面温度分布图,并分析了感应加热整个温升过程的特点。结果表明:通过调整重轨移动速度、加热装置的频率、线圈宽度等工艺参数,可以使重轨连续通过感应加热器的情况下保证轨头升温到相变温度,对U71Mn重轨感应加热工艺的运用和改进具有一定的指导意义。The temperature field of U71Mn heavy rail was numerical simulated the FEM software under induction heating, the time - temperature distribution of heavy rail's cross-section was got, and the characteristics of the temperature rise under induction heating were analyzed. The results show that the temperature of rail's head can rise up to transition temperature when heavy rail continues passing the induction heater by adjusting the speed of heavy rail, the frequency of heating device and the width of coil. It is significantly valuable for the applications and improvements of U71Mn heavy rail's induction heating.
