钢与铜合金超塑焊接接头形成过程物理模型

摘  要:基于40Cr待焊面表层实施激光淬火组织超细化处理后,与QCr0.5异材实施恒温超塑性固态焊接可行性分析与接头形成过程分析,探讨了恒温超塑性固态焊接接头形成的物理模型。试验结果表明:焊接接头形成过程大致为:接合面紧密接触→界面处QCr0.5首先发生常规塑性变形、超塑性变形等→氧化膜破碎→新界面贴紧→QCr0.5磨痕凸起处与40Cr发生连接→连接面积逐渐增大→界面两侧原子发生互扩散→形成界面冶金结合区、原界面消失。The laser quenched microstructure was ultra refining which was treated base on 40Cr welds surface layer, the feasibility analysis of constant-temperature superplastic solid state welding and analysis of forming process were carried out with QCr0.5 extraordinary talent, then the physical model of joint forming of the constant-temperature superplastic solid state weld was discussed. The results indicate that the approximately forming process of the welding joint is: adjoining plane close contact→ contact surface place QCr0.5 first has the convention plastic deformation, the superplastic distortion and so on → the oxide film stave → new contact surface to paste the tight →QCr0.5 polishing scratches bulge place and 40Cr has the connection → connection area to increase → the contact surface both sides atom to occur gradually proliferates mutually → forms the contact surface metallurgy union area, original contact surface vanishing.
