大戟属植物的化学成分及药理活性研究进展

摘　　要：大戟属(EuphorbiaL)是大戟科(Euphorbieceae)植物中最大的一个属,全世界有2000余种,我国有80多种。大戟属许多植物是重要的药用植物,二萜酯类成分是大戟属植物的主要活性成分,多数具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、皮肤刺激以及致癌活性。本文综述了近10年以来大戟属植物有关化学成分及药理活性研究进展。The plants of Euphorbia L.belonging to the family of Euphorbieceae contain over 2000 species worldwide spread.About 80 species of genus Euphorbia distribute in China.A lot of species of Euphorbia are used as medicines in many medication systems.The biological activities of Euphorbia species are related to certain types of diterpenoids in their latex.Some diterpenoids isolated from Euphorbia species show strong anti-tumor,anti-virus,skin-irritating and tumor-promoting activities.In this article,60 papers in the past 10 years about chemical composition and pharmacological research of Euphorbia L.were reviewed.
