摘　　要：司法职务犯罪是一种严重损害法律尊严、破坏司法公信力和正常社会秩序的犯罪。本文着重分析了司法职务犯罪的影响和成因,并对如何防范和治理司法职务犯罪进行了探讨。Crimes by taking advantage of judicial duty is a kind of crimes weakening the dignity of laws severely, destroying the judicial credibility and normal social order. The paper stresses to analyze the influences and causes of crimes by taking advantage of judicial duty, and it also discusses on how to prevent and deal with crimes by taking advantage of judicial duty.
