和谐村镇建设必须强化思想政治教育——基于桂北16个村庄的田野考察

摘　　要：和谐村镇建设是社会主义新农村建设的有效载体和重要基础。当前和谐村镇创建工作面临着认识上的偏颇,村民的素质不高,村级文化建设滞后,思想政治教育内容方法缺乏新意和活力等四大困境。它既有重视不够、投入不足的原因,也有机制不健全、工作不到位的原因。在和谐村镇创建过程中应该充分发挥思想政治教育的凝聚、导向、经济、调节、认识五大功能,需要党和政府高度重视并采取切实措施不断发展和创新农村思想政治教育。Constructing harmonious countryside is an effective vehicle and important fundatlon for buliamg new socialist countryside. There are four factors affecting the process of the construction of harmonious countryside, for example, the disqualification of villagers, the culture construction being lagged behind, educational material and methods being dull, public service being imperfect.The paper analyses the reasons and proposes that constructing harmonious countryside must strengthen ideological and political education.
