TlBr与TlCl晶体中Wannier激子结合能的理论计算

摘　　要：作者采用顾世洧得到的电子-空穴有效作用势VG（r）和2种尝试波函数，计算了TlBr与TlCl晶体中Wannier激子的结合能，所得结果与实验值更加接近，比其他作者所得到的结果有了较大的改进．Using the electron—hole effective potenhal VG(r)derived by Gu Shiwei and two trial wavefunctions, the value of the binding energy of Wannier exciton in TIBr and TICI crystals has been calculated by the present author. It has been found that the value calculated here is obviously better than that of other authors.
