中和对黄牛鞋面革质量的影响及其控制

摘　　要：在不同的中和工艺、中和温度反中和pH条件下，采用复鞣剂、加脂剂和染料分别对秦川黄牛蓝湿革进行加工。测定加工过程中前后操作液的固含量、透光率OD值和成革现感质量及增厚率，分析坯革的材料吸收率及成革的物理—机械性能，了解中和程度对黄牛皮鞋面革质量的影响规律。In the different Neutralizing conditions, wet blue samples are treated separately by using retanningagent, fatliquoring agent and dyestuff. By measuring and comparing the solid content,transmlttancy ODvalue of operating liquid and quality examined by sensory method and thickening rate of processedsamples, analysing absorptivity of samples for several material and its physical property, we can find outthe effect of neutralizing on the quality of cattle shoe upper leather.
