摘 要:针对辽河油田曙1-20-374井目前存在的油帽粘度高、关井时间长、在套管内形成死油帽,难以进行捞油作业等问题,进行了生物酶稠油降粘在捞油过程中的作用研究,分析了降粘机理及影响降粘率的各个因素。结果表明:生物酶稠油降粘技术能够有效解决原油的粘度高而难以采出问题;当温度为50℃时,生物酶降粘效果最好;超过50℃,降粘效果随温度升高而降低,且生物酶用清水配样比用污水配样效果好,对超稠油效果不明显;生物酶稠油降粘技术相对成本较低,增油效果明显。In the course of salvage oil process,there are some prevalent problems such as high viscosity oil hat,long shut in time,dead oil hat in outer tube.ect in Shu 1-20-374 well of Liaohe Oilfield.In order to solve these problems,we did indoor experiments to study the effect of biological enzyme,visbreaking mechanism and the element in salvage oil process.Eventually,we have the conclusions as follows:biological enzyme visbreaking can solve the problem of high viscosity crude oil;when temperature is 50℃,the effect of biological enzyme visbreaking is best;if temperature is over 50℃,the effect of biological enzyme visbreaking decrease with the higher temperature;the effect of clear water making up is better than sewage,but it isn't obvious for super heavy oil;the cost of biological enzyme visbreaking heavy oil is low but the effect of enhancing oil is obvious.
