摘 要:介绍了原油中含氮化合物的对炼油加工、产品质量和环境等方面的危害,以及石油产品中氮化物的种类;对各种脱氮技术和组合脱氮技术的特点、缺点进行了对比分析,重点介绍了微生物脱氮的原理、主要菌种及反应过程;分析了微生物脱氮技术的关键和工业化的主要障碍,对石油产品非加氢脱氮技术的发展趋势进行了预测。The effects of nitrogen-containing compound on the refining process and quality of petroleum products as well as all kinds of nitrogen compound in petroleum products were introduced.Comparative analysis of its advantages,disadvantages and characteristics of acid extraction refining,solvent refining,coordination refining method,complex extraction,adsorption refining,biological method,microwave method,combination denitrification were reviewed.The methods and mechanisms for biological denitrification and main bacteria in reaction process were described.The key techniques and chief obstruction of industrialization application for biological denitrification,its prospects were analyzed.
