摘　　要：针对普通抽油机井易卡泵和非磨损漏失的问题,分析出其柱塞上下部存在锥形体间隙、固定凡尔罩存在较宽扶正弧面等结构缺陷。通过技术改造消除或降低了事故隐患,并通过现场试验,取得了明显效果。The common pumping well is easily stuck and loses circulation because of mud and sand.There are structure faults in the pumping unit and the faults are that the upper and lower of the plunger have taper interspace and the fixed valve casing has major set upright bow.So by steps of technological transformation to remove or reduce accident potential;oil field trial are needed,which obtained positive effect.
