摘 要:常规游梁机的结构特征,决定了它平衡效果差,曲柄净扭矩脉动大,存在负扭矩、载荷率低、系统效率低和能耗大无法实现加大冲程等缺点。由于游梁机存在的这些问题,冀东油田近年来逐步引进了JPCYJD长冲程智能抽油机,该机采用直立结构、砝码平衡、操作简单、占地面积小;且该机调速系统功率因数高,超载能力强,传动线路短,对提高系统效率,降低能耗,方便地调整参数具有明显优势。经测试,JPCYJD长冲程智能抽油机的地面效率在80%左右,接近有杆泵地面效率理论最高值,井下效率在47%左右,系统效率在40%左右。The feature of convention beam pumper results in the bad counterbalance effect、large crank moment of rotation and minus moment.Also the system efficiency is low,more energy consumption is more and stroke can't be enhanced easily.Because of these problems,we have introduced the JPCYJD long stroke and intelligent pumping unit in jidong oil field in the past few years.This pumping unit adopts upstanding configuration、counterweight balancing、operation simply and covering an small area.This pumping unit has lots of advantages,such as the high system power factor,the powerful ability of overload、the short driving distance.It has an advantage in improving system efficiency、decreasing energy consumption and adjusting parameters easily.We found the JPCYJD ground system efficiency is 80 percent,this value is close to the max theory value in sucker rod pump system,the bottom hole efficiency is about 47 percent.The system efficiency is about 40 percent.
