摘　　要：以常见淡水普通小球藻为材料,用反冲超滤法从自然水体中分离到1株能裂解普通小球藻的病毒,并用空斑法对病毒进行了纯化,命名为WH-1株.电镜观察显示,WH-1株病毒为球形多面体结构,直径约为21 nm;噬藻斑显示,64 h后所形成的空斑直径约为3 mm.由于与已报道的小球藻病毒株具有明显的差异,认为WH-1株是一种新型的小球藻病毒.From natural waters concentrated by backflushing ultrafiltration, a novel virus named WH-1 that infects and lyses Chlorella Vulgaris Beij was isolated by repeated plaque isolation. Electron microscopic analysis revealed that the viral capsid has a distinct icosahedral shape with a diameter of 21 nm. The plaque assay showed that the average diameter of plaques was about 3 mm after 64 h. Since the virus WH-1 has an obvious discrepancy to the viruses that had isolated and reported in the world,it is a novel Chlo- rella virus worthy to study.
