摘　　要：目的:探讨外伤性延迟性脾破裂的外科手术疗效。方法:手术治疗17例,脾切除10例,单纯脾修补5例,脾动脉结扎+脾部分切除2例。结果:治愈16例,病死1例。结论:对于外伤性延迟性脾破裂应提高警惕性,密切观察病情变化,及时明确诊断,治疗仍以手术治疗为主,保脾治疗亦应受到重视。Objective ：To investigate the efficacy of surgery on delayed traumatic rupture of spleen, and to summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment. Methods：Seventeen cases of delayed traumatic rupture of spleen were treated by surgical therapy. Ten cases were performed splenectomy, 5 cases spleen repair and 2 cases splenic artery ligation plus partial spleen resection. Results： Sixteen of the patients were cure and 1 died. Conclusions： Patients with delayed traumatic rupture of spleen should be closely observed and monitored. Timely diagnosis is essential. Surgery remains the choice therapy. Spleen-preserving should be considered in the treatment.
