摘 要:针对电力工业的发展带来的日益突出的环境污染问题,引入生态足迹分析模型,结合电力工业的实际情况,从电力的发、输、配、售4个环节所占用的生态资源进行综合考虑,构建了电力消费资源账户.在此基础上,提出电力工业发展生态足迹的量化分析计算模型.以山西省为研究对象,采集电力发展与生态足迹测算有关数据,运用本文提出的量化分析模型,计算出了2000—2008年山西电力生态足迹的结构和变化趋势.计算结果有效地反映了山西电力工业煤为主的单一能源结构和随之带来的污染和排放问题,为科学规划山西电力工业提供参考.With the development of the power industry, there have been serious problems of pollution. In order to achieve the coordination with the regional environment, the electric power industry should be rationally planned. And so, it is necessary to make quantitative analysis of the relationship between the power development and the repairable capacity of the environment. By introducing the ecological footprint analysis model and based on the reality of the power industry, the power consumption of resource accounts and the method to evaluate the whole footprint were proposed, which considered four aspects, i. e. , the generation, transmission, distribution, sale of electricity, and the ecological resources that they took up. Taking Shanxi Province as an example, the proposed method was applied to analyze the structure and trends of the power footprint from 2000 to 2008. The result has reflected the coal-dominated energy structure and the resulting pollution problems, which is consistent with the actual situation and good for the planning of Shanxi's power industry.
