摘　　要：目的探讨闭合性肾损伤的诊断及治疗。方法回顾分析了2003年1月至2008年2月共收治闭合性肾损伤患者142例。结果闭合性肾损伤患者治愈136例，其中保守治疗124例，肾修补2例，肾切除8例，选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗2例。死亡6例。结论CT可准确进行伤情评估，对治疗方案有指导作用。严格掌握保守治疗和手术指征，预防并发症的发生。Objectives To deplore the diagnosis and treatment of blunt renal trauma. Methods From January 2003 to February 2008,142 cases suffered blunt renal trauma were retrospective analyzed. Results 136 cases were revered, 124 cases were treated with conservative therapy, 2 cases with kidney repair, 7 cases with nephrectomy, 3 eases were treated with selective renal artery embolization. 6 cases were dead. Conclusions CT scan can evaluate the grade of blunt renal trauma accurately, provide the guidance to treat. It is most important to decide the treatment strategy,open surgery or not can prevent the complications.
